• This is a private service, and only members of your party will participate.
• For airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, the driver will monitor the flight and arrive at the airport at the updated arrival time.
• Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
• In the event of a diverted, cancelled, or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
