Head Chef Hai Nguyen is renowned throughout Vietnam for his creative and modern approach to traditional dishes. At our cooking school, students learn from the best; not just traditional recipes, but also tips and tricks for preparing food in your home kitchen. All of this in our heritage-listed building in the heart of the ancient town!
