• Please bring a baby carrier for any children who cannot stand on their own.
• We will give you a full refund if no whale is spotted from 1st Feb to 31st Mar. (Please note that no refund will be given if someone on board including the staff spots a whale, a dolphin or their blows.)
• If no whales or dolphins are spotted on tours between Dec. 22 - Jan. 31, you will get a re-trial voucher to use on another day.
• People with a history of epileptic seizure or loss of consciousness for unknown reasons, attack of hyperventilation syndrome cannot join this tour.
• Pregnant or possibly pregnant cannot participate in this tour.
