- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All Check in times, tour times and deadline times are in AZ – Mountain Standard Time
- All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to tour time
- Refunds will NOT be issued for “no-shows” or late arrivals (including emergency situations)
- No bags & backpacks (including fanny packs, hydration bags, crossbody/messenger bags, purses)
- No tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, camera bags, stabilizers
- No umbrellas、GoPros、Action cameras or camcorders
- No Smoking (inside building or canyon)
- No open-toed shoes, sandals or high heels (proper clothing required)
- Pets and Service Animals are not allowed on the tour
- No hiking sticks or canes
