• If you go over your time, you will be charged 500 Baht extra per hour by the driver.
• Prices are per vehicle maximum 6 passengers
• Please advise the pickup location and time you require. (This will be the Start Time of your Rental Period) *If pickup follows an arrival flight at Phuket Airport please advise flight number, timings and place flight originated from.
• I Asia Thailand will contact you immediately after your booking to reconfirm your pick up time and location. Please ensure that you have entered the correct contact details upon booking. If you have not been contacted by I Asia Thailand, please call us at +66 2 007 2175 if you have any questions.
• Please wait in the lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time (if pickup is at hotel). Upon pickup please present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity
• I Asia Thailand has an exclusive partnership with 'Safety in Asia’. Being specialists in Health & Safety management in the hospitality industry, they will guide us on the best hygiene practices available. 'Safety in Asia' is FTO (Federation of Tour Operators) approved.
• You can combine the vehicle hire with pickup or drop-off at Phuket Airport, if you wish
