• Please be ready at the main security gate (vehicle entrance/exit) of your hotel at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Some hotels have multiple entrances, and the main security gate may be located a short distance from the reception or lobby area. Due to local regulations and hotel policies, transfer vehicles are not permitted to enter hotel premises, so guests must wait at the main security gate for pickup.
• Please keep your phone switched on and reachable during the pickup period. Transfer vehicles may occasionally be delayed by traffic or previous hotel pickups; if your vehicle has not arrived within 5–8 minutes after your confirmed pickup time, please contact us immediately. Guests who are not present at the confirmed pickup location and time, who wait at an incorrect pickup point, or who cannot be reached by phone, may be considered a no-show.
