• Should the Tour be cancelled for any reason, we will offer you another Tour/ time slot or full refund.
• We require at least two people to start a tour. If you are a solo traveler contact us to confirm

• German speaking guides cannot be guaranteed on every tour. The owner is German speaking. Should he be pre booked we can unfortunately he will not be available
• As Namibia official language is English and German speaking population is very small we cannot guarantee German speaking tour guides esp. in peak season and when a Cruise liner is in the Harbour
• please note all Cruise Liner passengers, your tour pick up time starts an hour after you have docked. The tour will depart latest an hour and a half after the pick up time. Late comers are considered a no show
